INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée (from a can/carton)
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until dough forms
  • Form into balls using hands
  • Let chill in the fridge for 15+ minutes or enjoy immediately!
