INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup refined sugar free chocolate chips or chunks (I use Hu Kitchen)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients except chocolate and salt to a food processor and process until dough forms
  • Form into cookies and press chocolate chips onto top of cookies
  • Sprinkle with sea salt flakes
  • Eat right away or chill in the fridge
