Ingredients

  • cup pitted dates
  • cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • cup Hu Kitchen chocolate gems
  • Maldon flaked sea salt
  • Navitas goji berries

Instructions

  • Using a food processor, combine dates, shredded coconut and vanilla extract
  • Form into rounds and place on a parchment lined sheet
  • Transfer to fridge while you melt your hu chocolate gems using a saucepan with 1 inch of water and a small bowl
  • When chocolate is fully warmed and liquid (5 min) dredge your bites into the chocolate and and place back on sheet
  • Sprinkle with sea salt flaked and top with goji berries
  • Transfer to fridge for 10 minutes to harden
  • Enjoy!
