INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 lb grass fed ground beef
  • 0.5 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 minced garlic cloves
  • 0.5 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 0.13 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.75 cup beef broth (or bone broth)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add sesame oil to instant pot and press “sauté”
  • Add in ground beef, garlic and ginger and sauté for 4 minutes until lightly browned but still pink in areas
  • Turn off instant pot, add in honey, broth and coconut aminos
  • Close and seal lid
  • Pressure cook for 5 minutes
  • Serve over rice or vegetables
  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions
