  HOW TO USE

  Step 1. Before starting the treatment, thoroughly cleanse and dry your skin.
  Step 2. Attach the adjustable straps by threading them through the sides of the mask.
  Step 3. Apply the mask to your face, and tighten the strap around your head. It should be comfortable and not too tight.
  Step 4. Turn on the mask by pressing the power button on the controller.

  CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  The mask is reusable and needs to be cleaned after each use. The cleaning methods of the mask are as follows:

  • Before cleaning, turn off the device and unplug the power.
  • Use a clean cotton cloth moistened lightly with water to clean the mask, making sure that no liquid enters the device.
  • For a deep clean, use a clean cotton cloth moistened with rubbing alcohol (70%~75%) to clean the mask, ensuring that no liquid enters the interior of the device.
  • Visually check the cleanliness of the device and make sure there are no dust, impurities, or any other debris. If any is present, repeat the cleaning process again.
  • Dry the device in the air naturally.
  • Note: Never use abrasive cleaning agents, and never immerse the device in water or other cleaning liquids to avoid damage to the device.

  How long does a treatment last?

  • We advise doing one 10-minute long treatment every day (the mask will automatically shut off after 10 minutes). Consistency is key, so we suggest using the mask daily for best results.

  How often can I use The JTAV Facial Mask?

  • You can use THE JTAV Glow-Pro LED safely every day for 10 minutes.

  Can I use skincare products with a treatment?

  • We suggest using the JTAV Glow-Pro LED Mask on cleansed skin. Thick lotions and serums should not be used with the mask, as they can block the light from penetrating your skin.
