Suggested Usage:

-Make sure the battery is fully charged.

-Press and hold the power button. The battery will beep and the lights will turn on.

-Once the lights illuminate, put the hat on your head.

-The battery will beep after the 10-minute session is up.

-Use daily for 16 weeks.
