Ingredients

  • cup pitted dates
  • cup shredded carrots (2 large carrots)
  • tbsp raw almond butter
  • cup oats
  • tbsp raw almonds
  • tbsp shredded coconut
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground nutmeg
  • tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until light dough forms
  • Roll into balls with hands and add bamboo stick
